We want you to be completely delighted with your flet.studio purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

General Returns

We accept returns on all unopened and undamaged heart kits within 30 days of your delivery date. Because our hearts are made of paper and are precisely cut, we can only accept returns on kits that are in their original, unused condition.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, please send us a message through our contact page with your order number. We will send you instructions on where to send your package.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return and confirm that the kit is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a few business days.

What If My Order Arrived Damaged or Incorrect?

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we're so sorry! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page, including a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
